All weather-related updates will be communicated via Tourney Machine, Social Media and Email. 

Due to the high number of participants, we’re unable to respond to individual calls from players’ families & friends.
Please help us keep communication lines open for emergencies and coordination with our field crews, so we can get playing conditions restored as quickly as possible.

The Tournament Clock Never Stops

In the event of weather-related interruptions, the Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the tournament format as needed to complete the event. This may include—though is not limited to—shortened game times, modified rules, modified schedule or a reduced number of guaranteed games.
Everything possible will be done to get the players back on the fields ASAP!
