Through our lodging program, all out-of-town teams book their rooms through our lodging partner, Total Event Services (TES). TES works with a wide variety of lodging partners to secure excellent rates for all participants and to ensure sufficient rooms for every attending team.
If your team is traveling to one of our events, here is what you need to know about booking your rooms.
Teams traveling over 75 miles must book via our online lodging platform (minimum 10 room nights per team).
Teams registered within a 75-mile drive radius qualify as local and are exempt from the lodging policy.
A team requesting a waiver is subject to a $750 lodging surcharge if the drive radius is over 75 miles.
