Game Rules
โข Home/Away decided by coin flip
โข Unlimited number of batters in the lineup (you must maintain the integrity of your batting order)
โข Unlimited defensive substitutions
โข Game Times: 1 hr 25 min finish the inning / 1 hr 30 min drop dead (final score reverts to last completed inning)
โข Mercy Rule: 10 after 4, 8 after 5
โข All other game rules follow NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations) Softball rules
โข It is the manager or coachโs responsibility to verify the schedule for any changes
Inclement Weather
โข The tournament clock never stops
โข Weather updates are sent to ALL TEAMS via the Tourney Machine App
โข Please communicate any schedule changes to your players and their families
โข We are unable to take calls from families or friends; our lines stay open for emergencies and our field crew
โข In case of weather interruptions, the Tournament Director may alter the format as needed (shortened game times, fewer games, or rule changes). Interrupted games might not resume
โข Everything possible will be done to get players on the field as soon as possible
Check In / Scores
โข Please check in one hour before your first game
โข Umpires report game scores to the site coordinators after each game
Insurance
โข All teams are required to submit their insurance certificate prior to the start of their first game
Umpires
โข Each team is responsible for paying umpires at the plate prior to game start
โข This is a Non-Protesting tournament
Code of Conduct
โข Remember, you lead by example: โSportsmanship Begins with You!โ
โข The home plate umpire will settle rule disagreements at the time they occur. Please be respectful and do not argue with the umpires
โข If coaches, athletes, or parents/fans become abusive, offensive, or unsportsmanlike, the Official or Tournament Director may take appropriate action, including: asking the head coach to calm the situation, restricting the coach to the dugout, ejecting a coach/parent/player/fan, or removing the offender or team from the tournament with no refund

โข Parking: please review the map and obey all parking signs
โข No smoking is allowed at the complex
โข Please keep the fields and park clean
