No refunds 30 days prior to the start of an event. If your team requests a refund prior to 30 days, you will receive your refund less 20%.
On occasion, circumstances beyond our control may impact our ability to complete the event. If completion of the event is impacted due to weather, an act of God (i.e. Covid-19), force majeure, or other means beyond our control, the below refund policy will be in effect.
Registration fee refunded less 25%.
50% refund of the registration fee.
Whether in full or in part — no refund.
If the event is cancelled, registration fees can be transferred to a future event.
