STAY TO PLAY

Through our lodging program, all out-of-town teams are to book their rooms through our lodging partner, Total Event Services (TES). TES works with a wide variety of lodging partners to secure excellent lodging rates for all participants and to ensure sufficient rooms for all attending teams.

• What you should know about "Stay to Play"
• Teams traveling over 75 miles are required to book via our convenient online lodging platform. This will automate and simplify booking rooms (minimum requirement 10 room nights per team).
• Teams qualify as a local team if their registered address is within a 75 mile drive radius from the event, thus being exempt from the lodging policy.
• A team requesting a waiver is subject to a lodging surcharge of $300 if the drive radius is over 75 miles.
