REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

On occasion, circumstances beyond our control may impact our ability to complete the event.

If completion of the event is impacted due to weather, an act of God, (i.e. Covid-19), force majeure, or other means beyond our control, the below refund policy will be in effect. 

NO GAMES PLAYED
Registration Fee Refunded less 25%

ONE GAME PLAYED
  50% Refund of Registration Fee

IF TWO GAMES HAVE BEEN PLAYED
(Whether in Full or in Part)  
No Refund

If the event is cancelled, registration fees can be transferred to a future event.
